Mellanox Announces Creation of Federal Government Subsidiary to Expand Mellanox's Engagements with U.S. Government
Dale D'Alessio named CEO of Mellanox Federal Systems
SUNNYVALE, Calif. & YOKNEAM, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Mellanox® Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX) (TASE: MLNX), a leading
supplier of high-performance, end-to-end interconnect solutions for data
center servers and storage systems, today announced the creation of Mellanox
Federal Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mellanox Technologies.
Mellanox Federal Systems will be responsible for driving business
development for all federal government agencies and the federal
integrator market.
Dale D'Alessio has been named CEO of Mellanox Federal Systems, which
will be based in Vienna, Virginia. Mr. D'Alessio was previously
co-founder and managing member of YottaStor, a professional service and
product company specializing in big data storage solutions for the
Intelligence and U.S. Department of Defense markets.

US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US Postal Service, FBI, DHS, NIH, the
EPA and various intelligence agencies. Mellanox also works with the
leading systems integrators that serve the federal government, including
Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, Boeing, CSC and
Raytheon.
Mellanox Federal Systems will operate as a separate entity to address
demand from the U.S. federal government for high performance
connectivity solutions and to drive the development of new applications.
