Mellanox Technologies Promotes Matthew Gloss to General Counsel
SUNNYVALE, Calif. & YOKNEAM, ISRAEL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Mellanox® Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX) (TASE: MLNX), a leading
supplier of high-performance, end-to-end connectivity solutions for data
center servers and storage systems, today announced the promotion of
Matthew Gloss to General Counsel. Mr. Gloss will be reporting to Eyal
Waldman, chairman, president and CEO.
Matthew Gloss joined Mellanox in January 2008, where he served as
Mellanox's vice president of legal affairs. In his new role, Mr. Gloss
will support Mellanox's operations through his involvement in risk
management and other operational matters, as well as continuing to
represent the company's interests in legal matters.

Prior to joining Mellanox, Mr. Gloss served in different capacities in
the legal department of Marvell Semiconductor, Inc., including vice
president of business affairs and general counsel. From November 1991 to
May 1995, Mr. Gloss served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Judge
Advocate General's Corps and from September 1997 to April 2000 he was
engaged in the private practice of law in the Silicon Valley. Mr. Gloss
holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of
Illinois, a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law and a
Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the
University of Pennsylvania.
